Black Sea Corporate Advisory (Pvt.) Ltd. was founded in 2020 in Lahore, Pakistan by banking industry veteran Umair Saeed Founder & CEO. At its helm is Mr. Haroon Rashid CFA, Chief Operating Officer. BlackSea’s raison d’etre was forged from a dislocation in the market of under-served large corporations intending to expand globally to undertake infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy projects , underpinned by a long-term view, to match their global ambitions with the financially viable govt. backed projects.
Today, BlackSea is the most exclusive corporate advisory firm serving Turkish, Chinese & Pakistani entities, with a team of industry professionals fully dedicated to serve South Asia & MENA-based large corporates.
